The construction
The hull and deck are made of biaxial, unidirectional fiberglass impregnated with Epoxy-vinylester resin. All hulls are reinforced with a composite structure of carbon and VTR, to optimize rigidity and strength while reducing weight.

Tested for top performance
The watertightness test is carried out using high-pressure water jets. The hull, keel and sail plan are the result of aerodynamic and hydrodynamic studies carried out using CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) software. The process concludes with a rigorous testing phase, including thruster and engine functionality tests and sea trials.
